2/ Despite that, FIFA decide to re-run the 2022 vote, in the interests of transparency, to appease their critics. "Look - we're not corrupt, but we're going to do what you want anyway, because we're nice. We're bending over backwards for you people."
3/ Qatar just happens to win the re-run 2022 vote.
