I had that too, over and over.

It worked once I'd closed the browser, reopened it and started again. I got the captcha right first time of asking then, and it worked. I think if you get it wrong first time, then it remembers you got it wrong, and even if you go back and get it right, it still thinks you got it wrong. Something like that.
