Do you have Virgin cable yet?

I switched from BT Shitband to Virgin - actually because of the pathetic "customer service" I'd had from BT (in the end I sussed that you have to use the word "Ofcom" on the phone to them, then they will sort it out, but not before). I signed up for 50Meg but it's now 130Meg (Virgin just upgrade the speed, no extra cost) and blisteringly fast. Had one morning of service outage in the last two years. Which I think is pretty good, all things considered. No, I don't work for Virgin.
