was about to NBTTT breakfasts. I woke up at about 5 with an exploding arse. I was back and
forth to the throne for a good 3 hours, though everything seems back to normal now. I've been sipping water throughout the ordeal but my dilemma is this: To eat or not to eat? And WHAT to eat if yes. I should mention that I'm now quite hungry
