people worry about 'high-GI' foods, because you get a short high, and then a dip, and so you eat more and get fat.
Whereas low GI foods supposedly avoid some of that.
I think that's the logic. Dunno much about this stuff. But do feel like podge and banana seems to keep me going thoughout the morning better than other breakfasts.)
