2 - hardly surprising - Adams is new to the role and he may have expressed a desire to get some help in. Were you worried about what Gary Karsa did before he came in? He wasn't a coach, so a 'new role'...

3 - yes that was odd. I guess we sounded him out then changed our mind. Hardly a sign of unrest.

4 - that just smacked of control freak McNally. We wanted to announce both roles together, Falkirk jumped the gun and subsequently got a 'phone call'.

You're taking tiny little details that we know nothing about, and conclude Adams is stepping down and Holt takes over?
