What are these things that draw you to that conclusion?

Because I see it taking longer than usual due to the fact we had no senior coaching team in place, and because Adams is a new manager, he had no back room staff that followed him. Normally a managerial appointment either keeps some coaching staff on, or more regularly, they come as a conditional part of the manager accepting the role.

I'd like to know what you've seen that I / we haven't seen, that makes you think things 'aren't good behind the scenes'...
