It's gonna cost a s**t load to sack a dozen people if this doesn't work out

I'm all for building a strong football infrastructure, but I do think too many different opinions can be unhelpful and potentially undermine the manager.

Hopefully it'll work out brilliantly though. If all the possible managerial candidates, there's none I'd like to see lead us back to the prem than Neil.
