Royle, Holt and Robson seem like sensible appointments

Clearly all 3 have worked closely with Adams over the years and one would assume they all have mutual respect for each other.

Can't see what any of the fuss is about re: the appointments given Adams got the top job, would rather he had a team around him he works well with - Royle the mentor (senior manager in normal business terms), Holt and Robson being Adams' coaches and right and left hand men.

Just hope between them all they can get us the necessary points and performances for fans who like to be entertained to get back into the Prem sooner rather than later
