I think it is a clever appointment by McNally

Not only can Adams draw on his vast managerial experience, but you would imagine his opinion is going to count for something in the boardroom. After all, you don't bring in a consultant and then pay to ignore everything he says. Should give McNally more support when it comes to decision making and stop Delia's heart overruling McNally's head....
