I've stepped up my running in preparation for my triathlon later this year. Generally doing 10k in about 40 minutes, which is a comfortable pace. I'm struggling with my hamstring and calf muscles being extremely tight afterwards though. I try and stretch before, but was told stretching cold is worse than a dynamic warm up. Looking for any advice, or other forum, where I could generally improve my conditioning and suffer less in the days after a longer run.
