I would have the following available

Adnams Broadside (on draught from mini barrels)
Guinness
Bottles of Budvar
Red wine - Cab Sav, Rjoca, Pinot Noir.
White wine - Gavi, Chardonnay.
Some Fizz - Prosecco
Spirits - Single malt whisky, gin, Jack Daniels, vodka, bottle of Malibu.

Obviously an assortment of mixers and juices. Nice tea, coffee, and hot choc available too.
