Depends how old your property is mate. Sometimes the render comes away from the skin

If the cracks are just on the outside I wouldn't worry too much if they are mirrored inside your house then possibly structural but even then you should be covered by buildings insurance. sounds daft but if you tap the render you will hear if it is loose or not.
