Knee jerk reaction probably

The board didn't manage expectations very well in appointing Neil I think.

Most felt we would be getting someone experienced in, but instead we have promoted from within and there is always doubts about someone's ability to step up initially. Same at work, when someone is promoted a lot of people question the decision until they start to prove their worth, then everyone forgets real quick that they doubted them - I hope this is what happens with Adams tbh
