It needs to be more than a ticket office, it needs to do as its told, to listen, to put more energy in and pass the tickets, not give them away-time and time it gives away an early sale or two, then rallies to keep it tight and secure at the back of the office, luckily, Worthington is buying the Reading ticket office for ?500'000, it'll applaud you when you buy one but do bugger all else...
