We're all entitled to an opinion but
Unless you were sitting in on the interviews (and I understand Mackay and Lennon both were) all the doomsayers are just posting uninformed opinions. Any person can come through a pack unexpectedly in an interview / presentation situation as anyone who has ever interviewed and appointed staff will know. My personal opinion of course. :). I'm happy
