Worst aspect of Worthington's management

a) Not giving youth players a chance; destroying the confidence of our England youth players and failing to play anyon under the age of 21 for more than 3 consecutive games.

b) His transfers; aside from a few gems early on in his tenure, he has signed almost exclusively British work-horses with little talent.

c) His tactics - this includes persisting with Holt over Safri and Edworthy over Helveg until April, yes, April. It also includes the diamond and the increasing long ball game we are playing and the boring football we fans have to endure.

d) Motivation - undoubtedly good at the start of his tenure, however, he has recently managed to single handedly demolish probably hte best team spirit we have ever had as well as being incapable of motivating some of the best players in the league to perform at only 50% of their ability.

e) Lack of wingers - not a great problem in his first 3 years, but the presence of only one winger in his 5 years at the club has left us with two tactics and two tactics only. The give it to Huckerby and hope he beats about 3 players and the hoof it long to Ashton. We have become the most predictable team in the league due to a lack of vareity.
