Like I think has been mentioned below, I can't help that it's a bit arse about face....

Get the DOF in to who wants to promote a certain style, from the grass roots up, then have a manager to carry out that style.

I guess it all depends on what the remit of the DOF is. If it's just helping with player recruitment then fine, but if it goes further then I'm hoping that said DOF has some say in who is being named this week....
