i see them as this:

Wolf - no chance, he lacks basic control of the ball
Fer - agree with you, as he matures he'll be a good player, but he is not excellent yet
Redmond - see Fer above, same again.
Olsson - hes good, but excellent is stretching it
Hooper - hes ok but not excellent.

really is see it as we gambled big time on untried potentially good players.

wolf, fer, Redmond all have potential to be stars but were untested. we relied on them all season. relying on people with potential rather than proven experience is always going to land you in hot water imho.
