Going from a young player with potential and prospect into a future star is still a big jump - be nice if both or either good though obiviously.

Take someone like Chrissy Martin - he showed potential, but then his career dipped a bit, and now he looks to be taking his "second chance" with Derby - wonder how he would do in the Prem though if they went up or he was bought by someone next season....
