how could he work any harder? In fact I think he chases TOO much, understandable when he's not getting the service but he needs to concentrate on his job..... hard to criticise him for trying too hard though

I'm really sorry he looks to be packing his bags, best young player I've seen for years, far exceeded my expectaions against prem defenders.
We do seem to have a knack of knocking 'flair' out of players. Worthy thinks too much like the defender he was, all this talk about work rate and f**king 'engines' is so depressing. I'm pleased the board are showing loyalty, but I wont lose too much sleep if he goes. I dont expect the board to push him before Jan, but it will piss me off if they do shortly afterwards or worse, he walks, denying any new boss the chance to make a few changes.

He may well improve things and move us up the table, personally I just hate the way we play, even promotion season we played some very dull stuff
