agreed. Signing players from abroad and hoping they work

doesn't seem to be much of a success, twice we've tried it now. Rather the club tries to build a style from the U9's to the senior team and try and produce our own talent and have a set way of playing so when we change managers every couple of years we are very very picky about who we get. Obviously youth on it's own isn't enough but would be nice if they provided the base. Also important the club brings in hungry players again, this lot might not even want to return to the Premier League.
