And also think that 5 years for a CEO anywhere is plenty. He's exhausted; he needs a break, and a change.

I don't think we can keep doing the same old thing and assume it'll take us back up. But the fear is that DS and MWJ won't know where to turn to bring the right people (Nicola Cortese, come on down!) in.
