Leaders

The thing that strikes me about the current crop of players is that there are no leaders on the pitch. come to think of it it is the same situation with man u, but with all due respect i couldnt give too hoots bout them.
We used to have Iwan and Malky. If they told the team or players to do something or buck up, they did! no arguements, the respect those tw players had meant that it didnt matter if worthlesstons favourites drury of fleming had the armband, all the players knew and respected those two. now we have fleming who justs gets a mouthful back from any player (hucks on more than 1 occassion) he shouts at, probably because they all know what we do that he should never had got that 2 year contract. hughes who runs around, always gives 100% and does truely want to be a success and more importantly he appriates the fans, but lets be honest hes not the best player in the world and for what is quoted to be a all in all ?1m plus deal to bring him here, i think we were done! safri who i have never heard say a thing, yes he is class when fit and probably our best player, but he isnt a leader. the two centre halfs spend more time looking at each other wondering whose fault the last goal was!

all in all we miss a leader. i am putting greeno frward for norwichs new captain. you can always hear him, he has (at time of writing) stuck by us and at least he knows what he is talking about. Greeno for captain.
