The Norwich way? what is the Norwich way to hoof the ball to a single striker

being marked by 3 defenders who just get the ball down to pass to there midfield and launch another attack. I would go for someone like Allardyce because we haven't got any leadership on the pitch & we urgently need an experienced manager who leads & will bring know how back to the club. That is our best chance of halting a losers mentality and decline of the club.
