Worthington is also determined to see the winter out in his garden, despite a disappointing Autumn when everything wilted and died.

Of his herbaceous border, Nigel said that the lemon balm had to "work harder" and that the mint was "about being more than a smelly leaf you put on potatoes...the lad mint has to up his workrate and look to go on a few more vegetables" Worthington added...
