Usually NBTTT means one of two things...

...I think it was pants that posted it first in response to someone referencing some post or other further down the board which he felt was continued and highlighted the argument by bumping it to the top of the board...

However if someone like myself or Yellalee post it as a heading of a post or response to someone else it's odds on tongue in cheek...

My post just now kinda doens't fall into either camp...
