I agree that some people's suggestions for replacements are illogical and crazy...

But there is no doubt that Worthy has to go.

I have huge faith in Delia and know she will do what's best for Norwich (she did by getting Worthy in the first place, when people were against promoting from within AGAIN)...

We're a big enough team, and have a high enough profile to attract a fair few good job applicants.

Worthy has done great for the football club.

Now it's time for someone to come in and shake it up a little - and for Worthy to further his career and skills at another team, like I'm sure he will.

There is such a thing as staying in one job too long and becoming complacent, just ask Alex Ferguson.
