So the after the Soton game the board will have to decide wether to stick or twist........

It now looks very likely that Nigel is being given yet more time by the board to get things right.

I believe that they are probably giving him the next two games before making a decision on whether to stick with him or replace him.

Think about it. The Soton game is the last one before Xmas. If Nigel is not gone after that game then it looks like the board are choosing to stick with him. They would not sack him after the Sheffield Utd game on Boxing Day i would not have thought or anytime after that. No, if Nigel is not gone after the Soton game then i am afraid he is here to stay as the board will give him a transfer kitty and allow him to wheel and deal during January.

But for me and i think most fans anything less than 4 points from the next two games will be unacceptable and even then i will still want Worthy to go as i am sure will countless others. The thing is though if we do say pick up 4 points from our next two games then fans won't really have reason to chant for his head and he will stay in office.

Your thoughts?
