During pre-season I can remember thinking that preparation was poor

Hoots didn't seem to know what his best team was going to be or how they would play. Some of that was due to injuries but the vibe about the club seemed very disjointed and unsettled.

Players flying out to the USA and around Europe for rubbish games seemed the wrong thing to do. I think it would have been better for the squad to have spent more time in Norwich to help the new foreign players to settle.
