But in specific circumstances. In his case it is when they are 'evil'. Not quite clear how we determine this but I guess SCC knows.

Now if it is acceptable in certain circumstances I might disagree what those circumstances might be. It might be when my tea is late. Or when I don't get the sexual favours I want. Maybe I think my wife is evil and deserves it?

Bearing in mind the problem we have with violence against women I don't think we should advocate it in any context. SCC28 disagrees.

I would also point out that the original few posts were very gender specific and derogatory. It wasn't "people like this" it was "f**king b***h"....
