Annoyed me at the time that none of the pundits considered

Tettey's a much more technically difficult goal to score.
Under pressure being closed down, loose high ball dropping across your path, first time volley hit hard and high under the ball (so easy to get wrong and launch into the stand) and swerving beautifully into the top corner giving the keeper no chance.
Versus
Bullying the only man around you off the ball, having acres of space in front of you, having the time to look up and see the keeper well out of his goal, taking a couple of extra touches and then giving it a big welly, but only enough to see it bounce well before the line, with the keeper making a pigs ear of back tracking and judging where the ball will drop, gifting you an open goal.
Beauty vs opportunism.
No contest.
