It will get worse before it gets better...

This rot set in early 2013. The thing is its rooted now in the squad, if we stay up its because others perform terribly between now and May. On like for like games played so far we're bottom 3 im sure of it.

Hughton should have gone so long ago its difficult to rationalise the actions of a board. Feel completely let down by McNally in particular. Anyhow the positive is the last few seasons have showed how poor the bottom 3rd of the PL is. I take heart by the fact that when we're relegated asumming the appointments are made correctly we'll have a fighting chance of top 6 in the Champs. And if we do get promoted its not like how i felt last time when i feared the gulf between PL and Champs was widening. On the contrary, the bottom 3rd of PL and top 3rd of Champs isnt too different. Yes there's less quality in the Champs but its made up for by team spirit and a positive winning attitude. That counts for a lot. Unfortunately we've been without that for some time now.
