I doubt that.

There was a story on Farming Today the other week about sheep rustling in Derby(might have been Lanca (or even York))shire being so bad farmers are thinking or giving up.

And before you ask, no i'm not an avid listener. I'm in the car at 5 on a Monday to drive to Birmingham and wait for the Today Programme.
