i'd like to see mcarthy, adkins or bielsa as manager

they would bring in players to suit their styles but if I was manager I would look at players (some experienced some talented youngsters) like:

Hernandez on loan from utd given he's 4th choice
Sidwell
Hangeland
Walters
Tom Ince
Kranjcar
Byram
Will Hughes
