If you pause it on the tackle (few frames at 12 seonds), the defenders left leg trips the striker's right foot JUST before the defender (barely) gets his studs on the ball. To me that's denial of a goal-scoring opportunity, his lunge has taken man before ball.

Bad decision innit.
