I had 3 slices of bread (sweet with raisins in) toasted with a smearage of butter (unsalted), a coffee with milk (semi skimmed). For Lunch I'm not sure but I might opt for a sarnie or other such light savoury snackage. Dinner? Well that's easy, Grilled mixed fish (Bass, Squid, & Red Mullet) from the restaurant down the road as it's Tuesday and the fish is fresh and really very good.
Let's cut down on the boring old football chit chat, rumours, gossip and bollocks today eh? Close season and all that malarkey.
