Not sure it was damage limitation at half time

we had been completely over-ran in midfield (especially down our left, where Hoolahan was nowhere near Rangel for much of the half) so we had to re-inforce there.

The damage had been done before the changes - the attacking line up had failed miserably, so we had to try to get a foothold in the game.
