Well, just a matter of opinion, but I think they probably concede too many goals

(and before you say it, they don't score any more than Man City - both on 2.7 goals a game at the mo.

Of course Chelsea score way fewer, but they concede so few that it doesn't seem to matter. And don't they have the easiest run-in?)
