FAO Ingi re A17 v A47 (and FAO AB)

If you opt for A17 (I prefer this to A47) then best way is to avoid the mahoosive roundabout at Newark, instead drive past that junction and take the next one (signposted Coddington).

Come off the A1 there and then left at the junction, takes you through Coddington and brings you out at the mini roundabout just before Newark Golf Club - peasy.

Best thing about it is when you are coming back the other way, you nip through Coddington and come out on the A1 in front of the lorry that you just spent 20mins behind on the A17!
