It's been a frustrating one for sure!

Massive expectation. Predictable anticlimax. Protracted sense of underachievement and frustration. "The luck of the damned". Merciless hunt for scapegoats. And now we've got to sit through an agonising run in and hope the team can rise to the challenge. Entertainment? Unfortunately we are all hooked on it!
