Who could have a instant impact as new boss?

I can't see our current management set up keeping us up. If it was up to me I would look for a impact manager to come in and throw some tea cups, kicks some butts and get the crowd on side. We looked doomed as it stands so why not gamble. I would even take our old friend Neil Warnock only until the end of the year. At least we would go down fighting
