yep, agree.......my qpr supporting bro-in-law commented....

he tends to have one great first season with each club he's been at......spurs, newcaslte, norwich - all brilliant first seasons then starts to make mistakes once settled....

sadly think as well as being a liability with one f**k up per match, he doesnt look like a leader to me.....fer and jonno look more like leaders on the pitch than seb and i think a captains role is vitally important
