Ha! Supermarket option had crossed my mind...

Got plenty of netting, just not the nous to come up with an effective way of framing it. Have got some 4 metre lengths of 2x4 that is a bit overkill, but could do the job if i ram them into the ground and net them. I've got no buildings or trees between the top of this tree and the wind coming off The Wash, so robustness is an issue...
