In all probability, they'll endure a Cup Final defeat and qualify for Europe.

Given the piss poor form of Fulham, Cardiff and WBA, it's highly unlikely that Hull will get fully sucked in to the relegation battle, but it does happen.

If not this year, it could well hit them next year. Huge investment required to tackle a loss-making European campaign.
