Did anyone else see the RVW tweet that apparently got removed almost immediately?

One of my mates said her mate took a screenshot of it, but I've not seen it mentioned on here.

Wondered if anyone else had seen anything in case they'd seen it on a fake account or something and not realised it wasn't his real one.
