we lack leaders on and off the pitch.

when i was last back in Norwich 3 weeks ago, I heard a worrying story - one of the first team is taking an evening course with my brother-in-law, a football fan of a london club. The player in question told him that a couple of weeks ago during one of Hughtons "talks" with the team following training in mid-week, 3 senior players just stood up mid flow and left.....right in the middle of hughton talking.......nothing was said, they just upped and left..... also the players are fairly cliquey and socialise in small groups that keep themselves to themselves....

now if thats all true i find that worrying.....
