Villa Today

Taken my time after getting back from the game to read the reports and to consider what I saw this afternoon. Nothing to change my view. It was embarrassing.

A great start, Villa defensively were all over the place. Didn't see Wes's no celebration, but he put a shift in, closing them down. Then after 20 mins we caved in and completely collapsed. All that was initially good was gone, and it never came back.

The Away End (side) became increasingly ironic, watching side-ways passing and depleting desire. McNally wouldn't have enjoyed hearing that. And when having heard Hughton's interview after the game he goes on and on about Villa's strength and power...And he goes on to praise how we kept the second half to 0-0!

To say that I'm bloody annoyed is an understatement. For God's sake Man, recognise our failings and sort it out (I don't think that he can). I'm spending so much cash on games as an Away Season Ticket holder to watch so many negative capitulations.

Team. Manager a disgrace. Show that you care. We do. Now how do I get to Southampton?
