That the players aren't doing what they are told to do. It's a low point which needs to be looked at. I guess there comes a time that when players are not doing what they are told to do by a certain individual and that line is crossed, can the line be crossed again in favour of the man in charge? Once a player loses respect for the manager can that be found again?
