Redmond

is potentially one of the best players we've had at Norwich. No his judgement isn't always there and the end product certainly isn't yet - but the boy's not yet twenty, and that type of player always needs a few years to mature. Two or three years from now he will be awesome.

I'd play him every game and I wouldn't sub him in this one either.
